Obtaining Tinted Glass Permit Is Free, Says IG
The Inspector General of Police (IG), Mr Mohammed Abubakar, says that
obtaining police permit for the use of vehicles with tinted glasses “is
free of charge and does not attract any charge”.
Abubakar made the clarification on Friday while speaking at a meeting
with Assistant Inspectors-General of Police in charge of the 12 zonal
commands in Nigeria.
He said that the meeting was to review security challenges, including
terrorism, kidnapping, cultism and communal clashes in parts of the
country in order to strategise on how to address the challenges.

POWER DROPS FROM 4,517MW TO 3,443MW IN NIGERIA
I have not seen light in weeks now, but I can tell you for free that I get bills of nothing less than 16,000 naira every month for just one fan and three energy bulbs, only one AC is used because of course I am at work from morning till like 10pm daily and weekends I am out on events et al, make una tell me when I take consume such energy? I paid for meter to no avail... I can complain on and on... hmmmm
the truth is that, the poor supply of electricity being
witnessed across the country currently is as a result of a significant
drop in power generation from a peak of 4,517 megawatts attained on
December 21, 2012 to 3,443MW on Tuesday April 9th.
The drop in power generation, according to the Ministry of Power, was as a result of
low gas supply to thermal power plants.
