Nigerian troops have repelled an attack on the town of
Gulak and Gajigana by Boko Haram.The terrorists were overpowered by the
quick reimbursement of more
soldiers to the area.The battle led to the killing of 3 Boko Haram
terrorists,
while quite a number escaped with gunshot wounds. A soldier also died
in the fierce battle.
According to the Defence Headquaters, ammunition
recovered include,a Toyota Hilux, 1 PKM gun, 1 General Purpose Machine
Gun, 3 AK-47
rifles, 1 Rocket Propelled Grenade tube and 1 Rocket Propelled Grenade
bomb were recovered by the troops. see more after the cut
