This is good news for frequent travelers as President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan
launched and obtained the 64 page e-passport in Abuja on Wednesday 30th July 2014.
The existing e-passport is 32 page.
The Presidency reveals that the 64 page e-passport conforms with
international best practices. It helps frequent travelers, it is gender
friendly, and more cost effective for low income earners.
The cost for the passport which is strictly for frequent travelers, is
N8,750. It has also been stated that this new passport in no way invalidates
the 32 page passport.
