After Teebillz went through all the
‘depression’ and all, dude is BACK & UP and this time, he is
creating awareness for mental health issues.
At first we thought the posts about it was helping him get better, but no, Teebillz is actually on a mission; creating awareness for this to help disturbed people. He will becreating the awareness for 14 days in instagram. What he wrote on his IG page yesterday and what he just wrote now, all after the cut.

If you can seek help for malaria and fever, don't be ashamed about your psychological and emotional condition!!! Why are we so afraid to discuss mental health in our society??? #MentalHealth #MentalHealthAwareness Today;
MENTAL HEALTH includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. MENTAL HEALTH is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including:
* Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry
* Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse
