Football Association has announced that both Kevin Prince-Boateng and Sulley
Muntari have been suspended indefinitely from the national team and will not be playing in
today’s crucial FIFA World Cup game
against Portugal.The Ghana FA has withdrawn Sulley Muntari’s accreditation as a
World Cup player, and has issued the
following statement:
“The decision was taken in the wake of his unprovoked physical attack on an
Executive Committee member of the GFA and a management member of the Black
Stars, Mr. Moses Armah on Tuesday 24th June, 2014 during a meeting.”Meanwhile,
Kevin Prince-Boateng has also been suspended indefinitely, and has his
accreditation pulled as a player in the World Cup. The Ghana FA explained:“The
decision was taken following Boateng’s vulgar verbal insults targeted at coach
Kwesi Appiah during the team’s training session in Maceio this week.”What will Happen in Today’s
