The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) wants the former
governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu to give account of an alleged
misappropriation of N5.6billion while he was governor.
He presided over the state between 1999 and 2007. The EFCC, after
conducting their investigations into the alleged misappropriation of
funds, had charged the former governor to court on Monday.
