A father made the ultimate sacrifice to save his daughter from a building collapse in this heartbreaking photo.
Three-year-old Wu Ningxi suffered only minor injuries after her father shielded her from a thick cement pillar in the building collapse in the eastern Chinese coastal city of Wenzhou. At least 22 people, including the 26-year-old shoe factory worker, were killed when the residential buildings collapsed on Monday, said state broadcaster CCTV.

Wu's dead mother was also found not far from the pair in the family's
living room.The young girl, who was found deep in the debris of four
six-storey buildings more than 12 hours later, was the last of only six
survivors to be pulled from the debris, Reuters said.
