Former Transport Minsiter Alhaji Umaru Dikko Passes on at Age 78

 

Nigeria’s Second Republic  Minister of Transport, Alhaji Umaru Dikko has died this morning in the United Kingdom. Umaru Dikko, born in 1936 at Wamba was a trusted adviser to President Shehu Shagari. He was also the Nigerian minister for Transportation from 1979-1983. May His Soul Rest In Peace
