This woman shocked the world when she dragged her now 12 year old nephew to court for breaking her wrist when
he ran to hug her 4 years ago.She has lost the case .She was requesting
for $127k in damages ,saying she couldn't lift trays any longer and her
life hasn't been easy.
Jennifer Connell claimed Sean Tarala should be held accountable for his behaviour after he jumped into her arms for a cuddle at his eighth birthday party.
But a jury took just 25 minutes to decide the 54-year-old didn't deserve a single penny and threw the case out of court.
Speaking about the youngster outside court, one female juror told the Daily News:
