Our client, in the hospitality industry seeks to urgently fill the role: Sales Executives who will identify, research, plan, and create new markets for proposed business opportunities that are aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of the Organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Develop leads into opportunities and convert into new accounts.
2) Consistently meets or exceeds Sales Target
3) Leverage on knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
4) Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle
5) Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
6) Co-create and implement strategies as well as design and deliver compelling presentations.
7) Work closely with client service to ensure overall client satisfaction.
8) Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify
9) Demonstrate excellent client facing and inter-communication skills.

1) First degree in any related field from a reputable University.
2) Experience in sales in the Hospitality Sector
3) Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
4) Excellent people management skills.
5) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
6) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7) Good leadership and team building skills.
8) Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.              
9) Demonstrable flair for business development, networking and strategy.
10) Good sales and business networking skills.
11) Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills.
12) Attention to details.
13) Must be very personable, firm and has very good verbal and written communication skills.
14) Excellent Microsoft Suite skills especially Excel.
